Imogen Heap (Frou Frou)

XD 这东西，我原先以为只是一张漂亮的Pop专辑 - Frou Frou的第一张(也是最后一张)专辑叫Details。

非常非常漂亮的声线和一流的唱功，那时，我很奇怪没人知道她 XD
走流行路线的偶像派吧?怎么没人懂??

原来 XD 来自英国的这家伙，不可思议的创作兼歌手 -
超级恐怖的出碟速度(出道10+年至今只有4个专辑OTL)，
在拥有n多非主流粉丝(包括我XD)的很多年后在那一年给她一举拿到2个Grammy奖，
她的特色除了很极端的控制高低音功力外，基于她读理科的背景，她很喜欢玩composer软件-

其实我完全是懒得来写她的故事啦，
因为我直接丢一首Hide and Seek上来，你的耳朵就知道我懒惰的理由了。

一句话，
又一个让我迷路的音乐家。

Imogen用Frou Frou这别名发了张瞄准主流Pop市场的专辑~
(well,其实唱片公司不知在搞什么发生了一些不愉快的事，不然Frou Frou可能就真的红起来，后来她貌似返回了原来的另一家公司)
也是我在无意中想找一下Frou Frou还有什么专辑才得知原来原名叫Imogen Heap -
那时刚好Speak for Yourself专辑刚发行......

一听那首Hide and Seek，我的耳朵就投降了..........

我甚至连歌词都不放了....我quote一下:

Well, I’m not going to tell you exactly what it’s about, because I think that part of the reason why it is not so obvious is sometimes it’s good to have those songs that really mean something very dear to you, but maybe you don’t want to speak about it to the rest of the world. But, with that one, I wrote it so quickly, the lyrics I probably wrote in about 20 minutes, which is unheard of. But I like to be clever with words and I like to make them like a puzzle, I like the words to sound interesting in the mouth and create patterns within themselves. So with that one, it just literally came out of nowhere and I found myself getting really passionate about it and it just poured out of me. There was something in my life that obviously needed to be said.

当你耳朵听到一首没有配音的歌曲(!)，然后你能感受到歌唱的人的心情，
那一把能唱入你灵魂的歌声 -
作为一个音乐人，我想Imogen也该心满意足了。

Hide and Seek，整首歌就是她的声音。

和一般的清唱版不同的是，这首歌让我听了不禁微微颤抖。

好强大的声带。

最耐人寻味的就是它的歌词了 -

听的每一个人都有不同的见解，读了歌词和没有读过歌词又有不同意见 XD

遇到Hide and Seek那一天，

Let Go的耐听程度简直让我不爽，听了几百次我再听我还是不会跳过......

那种Bjork style的又可以 -
我随便选了几首丢上playlist，其实她的每一首歌都很独特....声带的变化像鬼一样!!一时男性化，一时小妹妹细嫩的声音(试试有首叫Missing You)，voice composer的使用出神入化 -
别搞错了重点，她本身也要有那个本事才能用到那种技术，composer是衬托给她更加好的效果。

听这live唱，一句话，不平衡的世界啊....(注意她那时连唱n首歌OTL)...哪个K歌之王去唱时点这首，我想看看'人类'要怎么唱XD *话说她看起来有点吴君如在那video lol*

就是因为她所有的歌曲都非常独特，

p/s:我updated了一下Regina Spektor的一个live版link，也是一个像鬼一样的唱live女王 - 虽然风格不同，我是觉得Regina的声带更恐怖(和可爱)一点XD
